Thursday 15th Sept. I am setting off to ride the coast of Ireland for Anthony Nolan on my moped and as usual, completing the ride on a budget of £20 per day, which only covers petrol food and a pint and no bed.

Anthony Nolan is a pioneering charity that saves the lives of people with blood cancer who desperately need a blood stem cell, or bone marrow transplant. Every day, we help two people in need of a lifesaving transplant by using our register to find remarkable donors who are willing to donate their blood stem cells. Brad Jones' Liverpool and Australia Goalkeeper's son Luca was diagnosed with leukaemia a week before the World Cup 2010 was due to begin. After continual treatments of chemotherapy Luca needs a blood stem cell transplant to safe his life.
